Click For email»Mr. Murray’s practice has emphasized land use, zoning, eminent domain, and urban renewal law, including extensive litigation experience. He has represented both governmental and private clients in eminent domain actions, as well as acting as general counsel and special counsel to several urban renewal authorities. He currently is principal attorney for the Westminster Economic Development Authority in its development of the Downtown Westminster.
